Do you want to save money on your electricity costs? Whole Home Electric is a program offered by Com Ed that helps income eligible households save money and make your home more comfortable by replacing old or inefficient heating and cooling systems and appliances – whether they run on gas, propane, or electricity – with new, high-performance electric systems. Many upgrades are available at little or no cost to you.

Who Can Apply?

ComEd customers living in single-family homes must meet additional criteria, including but not limited to household income eligibility requirements.
