New Firefighter Undergoing Rigorous Training and Mentoring

The North Chicago Fire Department is proud to introduce the newest member of its fire service family, Probationary Firefighter Jose Aguilar!

Firefighter Aguilar recently reached an important milestone by successfully completing the Basic Operations Firefighter Academy at the Northeastern Illinois Public Safety Training Academy (NIPSTA). His completion of the academy represents weeks of rigorous training, hard work, discipline, and dedication as he prepares for a career of service to the North Chicago community.

As a probationary firefighter, Jose will now continue his training alongside the dedicated men and women of the North Chicago Fire Department, gaining valuable hands-on experience and further developing the skills necessary to serve and protect all residents.
