The City of North Chicago’s Economic Development team is hosting a public Open House on September 16 from 3-6 p.m. at Mosaic Hub, 1645 Lincoln Street to gather community input as we develop the City’s Unified Development Ordinance (UDO). The Open House is a come and go format, so please stop by anytime between the hours of 3-6 p.m. to share your thoughts and ideas.

A UDO brings zoning, development, subdivision, and other land-use regulations together into one coordinated set of rules that helps guide how property can be used and developed.
